Pressure Cookers

  • Before first use, fill the product halfway with water and boil it for one minute. After draining the boiled water, rinse with clean water.
  • The lid is locked with a slight click and the pressure system is activated. Do not leave the EJC on a burning stove without oil or liquid. A small amount of oil or a little water is enough to cook the food deliciously.
  • Turn off the stove after cooking. The heat inside the ELC will begin to disappear and little pressure will build up which exerts a gentle vacuum on the cap. If you lightly touch the valve on the lid, this pressure will be released by making a ‘sssss’ sound and the lid will open easily.
    By constantly opening the lid of the EJC, you should not prevent the cooking of the food by removing the steam energy.
  • Turn the hob to its highest setting for cooking. After you start cooking, turn the setting to the lowest. Heat by hand, with the help of a closed lid. If necessary, you can use a metal supatula. To prolong the life of the product, choose a plastic or wooden spoon. It is enough to cook the labor literally.
